Service

We provide a multi-tenant SaaS for business accounting and operations. The free tier is provided as-is. Paid tiers carry a 99.9% uptime SLA on Business and above.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content. No spam. No abuse of other tenants.
• Do not attempt to access other tenants' data; tenant isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL RLS, but we still log and prosecute attempts.

Payment

Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time. Refunds for annual plans are pro-rated.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate acceptable use. You can export and delete your data at any time before termination.
