How the system connects
Live model
Problem
Small sellers using Instagram DMs as their main sales channel (a common pattern in the Central Asian market) have no way to track conversations, catalog or orders without leaving Instagram, and no easy way to reply, tag or manage customers on the go.
System
A Meta webhook forwards incoming Instagram DMs to a TypeScript/Express backend, which verifies them (HMAC + rate limiting), stores customers and messages in Supabase/Postgres, and pushes a Telegram notification to the seller. The seller replies, manages the product catalog and tracks orders directly from Telegram via a grammy-based bot, and replies are relayed back to the customer as native Instagram DMs.
FIG. 002 / HOW IT WORKS
How it works
IshFlow is a self-built SaaS aimed at sellers in the Central Asian market who run their business through Instagram DMs but want the operational simplicity of Telegram. It replaces "checking Instagram all day" with a webhook-driven pipeline that captures every DM, stores it against a customer and order record, and lets the seller run the whole conversation, catalog and order-tracking loop from a single Telegram bot — without ever opening Instagram.
